Directorate General of Democracy of the Council of Europe has launched a global campaign for the fight against hate speech on the Internet, "No Hate Speech Movement." Campaign has been carried out by the Council of Europe and the member states of the Council of Europe through the establishment of the committees. On the 45th session, held on 23rd January 2014,  Government of the Republic of Srpska made a decision on the establishment of the Republic of Srpska Committee for the Fight against hate speech on the Internet, in which the Ombudsman for Children has a representative.

The aim of the campaign is to inform and sensitize the public, especially children and young people, about the respect for human rights, as well as the negative impacts of hate speech. The campaign was not launched in order to limit freedom of expression, but to advocate for equality, dignity, human rights and diversity, directed against hate speech, racism and discrimination on the internet. Campaign is being implemented through a number of actions and interventions, and prepares young people and youth organizations to recognize and act against human rights violations.

Promotion campaign is planned to start on August 22nd  when the Youth Centre Banja Luka will organize youth program  which will include a number of workshops from 4 pm to 7 pm.
